I’ve been meaning to write this for a while now and finally got around to doing so.
Writing this on behalf of my parents who got a new bathroom window around September/October last year.
High high praise from my mum and dad who found everything about the company to be first class from start to finish. And my mum thoroughly enjoyed blethering to the young fella who fit the window! Not only was the workmanship high quality but they left the bathroom immaculate – they even hoovered from the bathroom right down the stairs to the front door even though they hasn’t made any mess on the stairs.

Recently had our new door fitted by Precision in our new build. What an incredible local company to deal with. Ewan was brilliant, so patient taking us through all the different options and styles. No hard sale, let us take our time and get exactly what we wanted. Craig and Paul done an absolutely amazing job fitting, so clean and tidy. Door is absolutely perfect. Flawless service.

Recently had 2 composite doors fitted by Precision. Really happy with how they look. Staff were really helpful when deciding on the colour and styles to match in with our windows. the fitting team were also helpful and friendly. I expected to have some cleaning up to do after however the fitters did all this and disposed of our old doors.

Fantastic service from start to finish. None of your usual sales pitches at all. Ewan comes out looks over what you want and offers it straight up. Very knowledgeable on what can and can not be done. The team are always available to answer our questions regardless of how silly. The install team are fantastic. Constantly working to get the job completed to a high standard. Very neat a tidy as they go, and they leave your house clean when done. The windows are of great quality. Very strong a durable looking. All the hinges and locks work great and they feel built to last. Also we got a composite door which is night and day from what we had. Again, great build quality. I would definitely point anyone in Precision’s direction. We went with precision due to the work effort from the sales team, and also how well their products looked and felt. 5 stars all round.
